Refund Policy

1. Scope of Refunds

Refunds are issued in accordance with this policy and our Return & Exchange Policy. Refunds generally apply to the following situations:

  • Refunds for approved returned items after inspection

  • Refunds for successfully canceled orders before shipment

  • Refunds for confirmed out-of-stock items or orders we are unable to fulfill

2. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.

Payments are processed securely by our payment service providers. We do not store your full credit card information. Available payment methods will be shown at checkout.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, we usually initiate it within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund, which is typically 5–10 business days.

If you have not received your refund after an extended period of time, we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer first to check the status. You may also contact us for assistance.

4. Refund Amount and Possible Deductions

The refund amount may be subject to the following deductions:

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

  • If you use a prepaid return label provided by us for a return made for personal reasons, the cost of the label may be deducted from your refund

  • Duties or taxes already paid to government authorities are generally non-refundable

5. Partial Refunds

If the returned item shows damage or obvious signs of use not caused by us, a partial refund may be issued. If this happens, we will explain the reason and how the refund amount was calculated before processing it.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us first so we can help resolve the issue. In many cases, direct communication leads to a faster resolution.

Unnecessary chargebacks or payment disputes may delay the resolution process and may require additional documentation for investigation.
