Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation or Changes Before Shipment

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request to cancel or modify it, such as changing the shipping address or updating the items in your order. Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.

Order Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders may enter the picking and packing process quickly. Once processing has begun, cancellation or modification requests cannot be guaranteed.

For urgent requests, we recommend including “Urgent” in the subject line of your email.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it usually cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our return policy.

3. Address Corrections

Address changes are generally only possible before shipment. After shipment, most packages cannot be rerouted or intercepted. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

4. Refunds After a Successful Cancellation

If your order is successfully canceled before shipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time: Once your refund is approved, we usually initiate the refund within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund, which is typically 5–10 business days.
