Shipping Terms
Scope of Application
These shipping terms apply to the transportation and delivery of goods purchased from Strideunity. These terms are to be read in conjunction with our Shipping Policy.
Address Accuracy and Address Change
Please ensure that your shipping address, postal code, house number, and contact details are accurate and complete when placing an order. If you need to change the address, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, address changes may not be guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
Risk Transfer and Acknowledgement
Once the goods are handed over to the carrier, the risk during transit is generally assumed by the recipient. We recommend that you monitor tracking information and sign for the package promptly. If the package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with your property management, family, or neighbors, and contact us for assistance in investigating the matter.
Delays and Force Majeure
Carrier delays, customs inspections, extreme weather, public events, or other force majeure factors may result in shipping delays. We will provide assistance within a reasonable range, but we are not liable for delays that are beyond our control.
Refusal and Unattended Deliveries
If a package is returned or destroyed due to refusal, unattended delivery, incomplete address, etc., any re-shipping fees, handling fees, or losses may be borne by the buyer. We may assist in reshipping or offering a refund (if applicable) once the returned package is received and assessed.
Package Damage
If the outer packaging or the product is damaged, please take photos/videos of the damage and retain the packaging and shipping label at the time of receipt. Contact us within 7 days. We will assist the carrier with the claim or provide a solution based on the evidence.
