Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe (selected countries/regions). Available shipping destinations and shipping methods are subject to the options shown at checkout.

If your country or region does not appear at checkout, it means we do not currently ship to that destination.

2. Shipping / Fulfillment Location

We primarily ship from our U.S. warehouse. Some orders may also be handled by partner fulfillment locations within the United States, but we remain responsible for order communication and after-sales support.

3. Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS. The actual carrier will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email.

 

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing time does not include transit time. During major promotions, peak seasons, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers through website announcements or email when applicable.

5. Shipping Fees and Promotions

Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

If we offer free shipping or free shipping on qualifying orders, the applicable terms and conditions, including order thresholds, regional limitations, and excluded items, will be explained on the promotional page and/or at checkout.

Free shipping on orders over $100 within the United States, and on orders over $200 to Canada and select countries and regions in Europe.

6. Estimated Delivery Times

The following are estimated delivery times after shipment and are provided for reference only:

Estimated delivery times may vary due to destination, weather, carrier operations, holidays, customs clearance for international orders, and other factors.

Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Expedited shipping is not available for all destinations or products. Availability will be shown at checkout.

7. Tracking and Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information, such as a tracking number and/or tracking link.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after the first carrier scan to appear.

A single order may be shipped in multiple packages, and you may receive more than one tracking number.

8. Address Accuracy and Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Any delays or delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.

Address changes are generally only possible before shipment. After shipment, most packages cannot be rerouted or intercepted.

9. Undeliverable, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or returned because it was unclaimed within the required time, we will contact you to confirm the next step, which may include:

  • Reshipment, which may require payment of the actual shipping cost and/or handling fee; or

  • A refund, which may be subject to deduction of the actual shipping cost and/or handling fee

10. Lost Packages and Delivery Delays

If tracking has not updated for an extended period of time or shows an unusual status, please first check the latest update from the carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us and we will assist with a shipment inquiry.

11. Duties, Import Taxes, and Other Fees

Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees may vary by country or region. Unless taxes and duties are clearly stated as included at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the recipient in accordance with local regulations.

12. Split Shipments

To improve overall delivery efficiency, one order may be shipped in multiple packages. Unless checkout specifically states that shipping is charged per package, split shipments will not result in additional shipping charges.
