Q1: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Cancellation Policy: You can request cancellation or modification before shipping. Once the order has shipped, cancellation is usually not possible and must be handled as a return (if eligible).

Q2: What if my payment fails?

Please check that the billing address and zip code match your card information, or try a different card or payment method. If it still fails, please contact your card issuer to confirm if the transaction was blocked, or contact us for assistance.

Payments are securely processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full credit card information. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Shipping & Tracking

Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and parts of Europe. Available destinations and shipping methods are shown at checkout.

Order Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Tracking information is usually provided after shipping. Updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Customs duties and import taxes may vary by country/region. If taxes are not shown as included at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient according to local regulations.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns & Exchanges Window: You can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery or successful delivery.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?

Please contact us first to obtain return authorization and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted for inspection.

Refund Processing Time: Once the refund is approved, we usually initiate the refund within 5 business days. Bank or card issuer crediting may take additional time (usually 5–10 business days).

Boot Wearing & Care

Q: How do I choose the right boot size?

Please refer to the size guide shown on each product page. We recommend measuring your foot length and considering your usual wearing style.

Q: What should I check after receiving the boots?

After unpacking, check that the boots are complete and free of obvious damage. If you find damage, wrong size, or suspected shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos.

If you notice wear on the upper or discomfort while wearing, please stop using them and contact us.
